Hauser & Wirth Somerset is a pioneering world-class gallery and multi-purpose arts centre, which acts as a destination for experiencing art, architecture and the remarkable Somerset landscape through new and innovative exhibitions of contemporary art. A landscaped garden, designed for the gallery by internationally renowned landscape architect Piet Oudolf, includes a 1.5 acre perennial meadow, which sits behind the gallery buildings.

The Roth Bar & Grill is a vibrant and informal eating-place serving honest, simple and seasonal food. The team works closely with local farmers, gamekeepers and gardeners, to use entirely local and ethical British produce. Did you know the restaurant has its own salt room for hanging the meat, which is lined with over 500 hand-cut Himalayan salt bricks, highly valued for their purity. This traditional process is known as dry-ageing, and produces extremely tender and flavoursome meat. Attention to detail.
